NBQP/QCI in its mission for promoting Quality Best Practices motivates organizations horizontally across all sectors as well as vertically across all sizes, from Large enterprises to MSMEs, to continually improve their processes, products and services. The QCI-D.L. Shah Quality Award annually recognizes outstanding projects demonstrating Quality excellence through which organizations have been able to realize appreciable benefits in terms of business growth, customers satisfaction, environmental/societal enhancement and organizational culture, etc.

Similarly, QCI Quality Champion Award aims to honour outstanding individuals who have demonstrated significant contribution in the field of quality in terms of outstanding promotional activities, innovation in approach, effective application of quality tools etc in any sector.

The event will acknowledge the outstanding projects of the 13th cycle of the QCI-D.L. Shah Quality Award and awardees of the 2ndCycle of the QCI Quality Champion Award . The 3rd VQC will also showcase some of the award-winning technical case study presentations of various industry sectors to demonstrate their incessant efforts and commitment to Quality that have transformed people, processes and organizational culture, to make a significant difference.
